Submission in the form of advertising request & payment gives permission to Advertising Connection to insert the Clients (you, the Buyer) ads associated with this payment into the networks provided by Advertising Connection. As the client, I understand that my advertisement will duly be placed in the designated newspaper network(s) by Advertising Connection with requested publication for the designated run dates. I also understand that not all newspaper networks guarantee 100% publication and while most ads will run on the designated run date, some newspaper groups have a three week window to fulfill their run dates, this will be noted on the email confirmation. Response cannot be guaranteed. Most ads accept 25 words or less. Your ad may be abbreviated in order to accommodate the various newspaper requirements.

No changes or cancellations may be made after deadline for the week requested. The Buyer understands by placing advertising for multiple weeks and be credited discounts for multiple runs, the buyer cannot make ad changes, paper changes or cancellations after deadline for the first publishing week requested, unless email request is sent one week prior to the next scheduled run date. The Buyer agrees to prepay for all advertising. The Buyer understands that rates, circulations, run days, etc. may change without prior notice. Advertising Connection agrees to keep this information up to date to the best of its ability. Ad copy will be placed as soon as possible but expect a two (2) week window before the ad will be placed, This is due to ad copy approval and deadlines. Estimated date of placement will be sent via emailed confirmation.

Newspaper networks have the right to reject any advertiser. If you have any questions about the qualifications of the network you have chosen, Buyer is obligated to inquire to Advertising Connection. All information received from the Buyer is confidential to Advertising Connection and will not be shared or sold. The Buyer understands by accepting these Terms & Conditions, advertising will be placed as directed from website or in writing by Advertising Connection and cost will be charged on assigned credit card.
    Advertising Connection does not guarantee response, tearsheets or 100% circulation in group buys. I guarantee that I will not file for a charge back as long as my services are rendered according to my order.
